WELLNESS, WANT SOME?

Wellness- being able to feel and function well, do the things you want and like to do, being truly “healthy”. That is my definition of wellness. Although it may mean something a little different to you, it probably is mostly similar. Many folks think that medicine makes people healthy. Although it is necessary for some people, too often it is the first option when natural remedies could’ve helped instead. Wellness is a lifestyle too, it is making healthy choices and taking care of your body. That is why I get adjusted once a month- to keep me well, regardless of symptoms. It is also important to eat right and exercise nearly daily too. Take care of your body- you only have one! See your chiropractor for more specific tips suited for you.
