It’s that time of year to start your garden- so here are some tips to keep you in good shape while working in the garden
-kneel on one leg instead bending all the time
-with digging, lift with your legs, not with your back
-use a cushion when kneeling
-have raised garden beds, it limits your bending
-stretch before and after gardening

If you are sore after gardening, call your chiropractor for advice with heat or ice, or if you need further treatment.
