30 MINUTES TO WELLNESS MONDAY, OCT 6TH@7PM

Join us for tips on how to be as healthy as you can be. Topics include exercise, trigger point therapy, diet, and health. Bring an open mind, your spouse/significant other(to help each other out with trigger points) and a positive attitude.

Back to our regular Friday hours, 9am till noon, and 3pm till 7pm

Summer is over and our short Friday hours have come to an end. We are beginning our regular Friday hours on Sept 5th, 9am till noon, and 3pm till 7pm.
