			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Be sure to get adjusted regularly. Chiropractic care is important to help maintain a healthy skeletal structure and nervous system function throughout a pregnancy and childbirth.<br />
Do some gentle exercise each day. Walking, swimming, or stationary cycling are relatively safe cardiovascular exercises for pregnant women. Avoid any activities that involve jerking or bouncing movements. Stop exercise immediately if you notice any unusual symptom, such as nausea, dizziness or weakness. </p>
<p>Wear flat shoes with arch supports. Your feet become more susceptible to injury during pregnancy, partially due to a rapidly increasing body weight, but also because the ligaments that support the feet become more lax. </p>
<p>When picking up children, bend from the knees, not the waist. Your low back is much more prone to injury during pregnancy. </p>
<p>When sleeping, lay on your side with a pillow between your knees to take pressure off your lower back. Full-length &#8220;body pillows&#8221; or &#8220;pregnancy wedges&#8221; are very popular and can be helpful. </p>
<p>Eat several small meals or snacks every few hours, rather than three large meals per day. This will help alleviate nausea, stabilize blood sugar and allow your body to extract the maximum amount of nutrients from the foods that you eat. </p>
<p>Take a prenatal vitamin with at least 400 micrograms of folic acid every day; 800 micrograms is even better. Folic acid has been shown to dramatically reduce the risk of neural tube defects in a developing fetus. Be sure to check with your doctor before taking any vitamin or herbal supplement to make sure it&#8217;s safe for you and the baby. </p>

 Unfortunately, i see more and more of this problem. Possibly because we sit at a desk job all day long, then go home and sit in front of a computer.  There are probably even many more reasons why. However, good posture is important to your overall health. So it is very important to eat right, live a healthy active lifestyle and at least get your posture checked occasionally!</p>

The study referred to in this article was on over 5000 breast cancer subjects in China from 2002 to 2009. </p>

<p>	I am excited to tell you that we have added a new feature to our Clinic. Now, along with Chiropractic, we are offering WEIGHT LOSS.<br />
	As you are made well aware by our newspapers, and T.V. obesity is on the rise. As a matter of fact, we, the American people are the fattest people on the planet. Yet we are still unable to stem the tide of obesity even with all our medical know-how and latest medications. The Centers for Disease Control have targeted obesity as “Public Enemy #1” . For the first time in history we are not going to outlive our ancestors. The effects of obesity reduce our  lifespan 14-19 years and costs us a minimum of 1,500 dollars more per year than our thinner countrymen. Our children will no longer outlive us. IT’S NOT OUR FAULT. The average American has never really been educated about food and with all kinds of diet mis-information out there it’s no wonder we’re confused. We at Van Roon Chiropractic want to change that.<br />
	We are proud to offer a one of a kind weight loss program that guarantees regular weight loss, increases vitality, decreases sugar cravings and detoxifies the body while getting rid of fat and cellulite. I (Kellie van Roon)have been dieting my entire life. I have done Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, The Zone, Atkins, and South beach, I have successfully lost 60 pounds at least 5 times.
