Statin drugs and Co Q10

According to a recent article in Rx magazine (produced by Physiologics), statin (i.e. lipitor, vytorin, crestor, simvastatin, etc) drug users should supplement their diet with Co Q10. Statin drugs inhibit the production of Co Q10 and often lead to muscle pain and cramping. Ask your doctor how much Co Q10 is right for you.
